All incoming calls are recorded and saved. The recordings can then be accessed using the EasyComms web portal or sent directly to an email address. Calls are stored on file for 60 days.
Note: there is a legal obligation to advise customers that the call is being recorded which would be announced during the greeting prompt.

- Information gained by call recording can be utilised for training techniques ie: sales training, customer service training, etc.
- Quotation accountability to review the exact price and specifications of products or services quoted.
- Legal matters could also benefit from voice call recordings.

- Every recorded call conversation can be sent via email.
- All calls can be accessed by our web portal.
- All inbound call conversations are recorded and stored for 60 days.
